A Zero-Knowledge Rollup is a high-speed scaling solution that processes thousands of transactions off the main blockchain.
It then sends a small, cryptographic "proof" back to the main chain that confirms all those transactions were valid without revealing the actual data. This method uses complex math to make the chain faster, cheaper, and more private.
